Wicker cake with cottage cheese and dill

2 dl
lukewarm Mizo milk (2.8%)
2.5 dkg
fresh yeast
5 dkg
Mizo vaj

sugar
1 pinch
salt

Mizo vaj
15 dkg
Mizo sour cream (20%)

Instructions:

 

Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and the crushed yeast to the milk, dissolve it in the milk, then set aside. Add the yeasted milk to the ingredients of the dough and knead them into a soft dough, then cover and let it rise to its double
Mix the ingredients of the filling .
The risen dough is divided into 3 equal parts, then roll out on a floured surface and spread it with  1/3of the filling Roll up all three, weave them into a wicker cake shape, and let is rise for 30 minutes. Put the cake into a cake tin of any shape, spread lightly beaten eggs on its top, and bake ready at 180 degrees C in approx. 35 minutes.
