Meaty bun with sour cream
Ingredients

ready-made puff pastry

minced turkey meat

Mizo sour cream (20%, 150 g)

Anikó Mizo cheese

Instructions:
Peel and dice the onions and sauté them in vegetable oil until translucent. Add the bacon, meat, salt, pepper and fry them ready. Spread sour cream on the top, then add the grated cheese and cook for 2 minutes. Let it cool.
Cut the puff pastry into squares and pile some of the filling in the middle of each square. Fold the edges of the pastry squares into the middle with wet hands so they stick together. Put the buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and smear their tops with lightly beaten egg. Bake them in a preheated 180 degree C oven in 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
