Pizza triangle

3 dl (lukewarm)
Mizo milk (2.8%)
1 pinch
sugar
1/2 pack (2.5 dkg)
fresh yeast
50 dkg
flour
2 tablespoons
Mizo sour cream (20%)
to taste
salt

for the filling:

2-3 tablespoons
tomato purée
1 tablespoon
pizza cream
to taste
salami and / or ham
20 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese

Instructions:

 

Dissolve the yeast in milk and mix it with the other ingredients. Let it rise for about 1/2 hour. Mix the tomato puree with the pizza cream.
Roll out the dough to 1/2 cm thick and cut it into squares. Virtually cut them diagonally in half and spread one half with the pizza cream mixture, then toss salami on it and sprinkle with a little grated cheese. Fold in two into a triangular shape, press the edges with a fork and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake ready in a preheated 180 degree C oven.
