Crunchy Homemade Granola for Relaxed Mornings
Ingredients
15 dkg
oats
2 tbsp
oil
3 tbsp
honey
20 dkg
cashew nuts
20 dkg
raisins
to taste
Coconut flakes
30 g
dried cranberries
40 g
peeled almonds
to taste
Mizo milk or Mizo yohgurt
Instructions:
Mix the honey and oil in a bowl, then add the oats, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Chop the nuts into smaller pieces and mix them with the oat mixture. Finally, add the dried fruits.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 15 minutes.
Serve the granola with milk or yogurt in your favorite reindeer-themed bowl and enjoy. Just make sure you can still hear the movie over the crunching!
