Cottage cheese filled sweet buns (bukta)

flour
10 dkg
Mizo butter
6 dkg
granulated sugar
2 pcs
egg yolk
3.5 dkg
yeast
1 package
vanilla sugar (10 g)
1 pinch
salt
2-3 dl
Mizo milk (2.8%)
grated
lemon peel

for the filling:

Mizo curd

vanilla sugar (10 g)
2-3 tablespoons
granulated sugar
2 tablespoons
semolina
grated
lemon peel
to taste
raisins

Instructions:

 

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm sugary milk. Knead it together with the other ingredients into a soft dough by gradually adding milk. Let it rise covered for approx. 1/2 hour in a warm place, then stretch the dough into a rectangle shape and cut into 12 equal squares.
Mix the filling ingredients and put piles of it in the middle of the dough rectangles. Roll them up into a bun shape. Let them rise again for about 15 minutes, then spread beaten egg on their top. Bake in an oven preheated to 160-170 degrees C in approx. 25 minutes.
