Flour-free, full chocolate cake
Ingredients

dark chocolate
15 dkg
Mizo butter
2 tablespoons
Mizo cooking cream (20%)

sugar
10 dkg
almond shavings
1 package
vanilla sugar
1 pinch
salt
2 tablespoons
Mizo milk (2.8%)
unsweetened cocoa powder
to lubricate the mold:

Instructions:
Melt dark chocolate with butter and cream over steam. Beat the eggs with the two types of sugar into a foam, then add the chocolate mass, almonds and the other ingredients. Pour into a greased cake tin, sprinkled with cocoa powder and bake for approx. 45 minutes. Let it cool and serve sliced.
