Lactose-free cottage cheese dumplings
Ingredients
For 35-40 dumplings

Mizo lactose-free cottage cheese

Mizo lactose-free butter

Mizo lactose free sour cream
2 tablespoons
powdered sugar
Instructions:
Using a hand mixer, mix the eggs with the powdered sugar, the vanilla seeds, the finely grated orange peel, add salt and the cottage cheese. Sprinkle the semolina into the mass, mix it in, cover and let it rest in the fridge for 3-4 hours. The ingredients of the dressing are mixed until smooth. Grease an approx. 30 cm, or 2 small, 16 cm diameter fireproof bowls thickly with butter. With damp hands shape walnut size dumplings from the cottage cheese dough and arrange them in a row in the baking tin(s) and finally sprinkle them with the sauce. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown in 30-40 minutes. Serve with sour cream sweetened with powdered sugar.
