Prone with kefir

3 large glasses of
Mizo kefir (3×330 g)
3 db
eggs
21 dkg
flour
1 pinch of
salt

for the baking tray: on the top:


Mizo sour cream (20%)

jam

for serving:


powdered sugar

Instructions:

 

Mix the kefir, eggs, flour and salt until lump-free - you need a slightly thicker mass than pancake mass. Pour into a thickly buttered baking traí, then sprinkle the top with sour cream and jam to taste. Put in a hot oven and bake until golden brown. Cut into squares and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
