Quince sauce with sour cream

70 dkg
quince
1 small cup
Mizo lactose-free sour cream (20%)
to taste
Mizo lactose-free milk
5 dkg
flour
to taste
sugar
1 pinch
salt
1 teaspoon
Mizo lactose-free tea butter
1
egg yolk

Instructions:

 

Wash the quince, peel it, and dice its meat into small cubes. Put it in a saucepan and pour in as much sugary, slightly salted water as it covers the pieces, then cook until soft.
Mix the egg yolk with room temperature butter and sour cream and mix with the flour until smooth. Add a little water and mix until it has a liquid texture, then fold into the quince juice while constantly stirring. Add enough milk to have a thickness of a sauce.

Tip: You may consume it as a light dessert, but is also excellent as a garnish with roasted meat.
