Instructions:
Beat the egg whites into a hard foam. Mix the egg yolk with sifted powdered sugar, add the other ingredients, then finally gently add the egg-white foam. Bake it in a greased, floured baking tray until a successful baking needle test, then, when it has cooled, cut it in half on a plate and cut out scones with a large cake cutter.
For the cream, boil milk with wheat flour and let it cool down. In the meantime beat the butter to foam with sifted powdered sugar, and mix it with the semolina milk pudding.
Attach 2 dough discs with cream, then coat their sides as well, finally cover them with coconut shreds. Melt chocolate with oil over steam, coat the top of the snowballs with the glaze, and optionally further decorate them with sugar ornaments. It is worth resting it for 1 night to bring the flavors together.
