Carrot stew

Ingredients


4-5 db
carrots
2 tablespoons of
Mizo butter

salt

chopped thyme

ground ginger

sugar
2 dl
Mizo cooking cream (20%)

Instructions:

 

Wash and clean the carrots and cut them into thin rings. Cook them in butter until tender, season and sweeten them to taste. When tender, crush them, add the cream and bring it to boil. Serve as a garnish.
