Creamy Two-Cheese Chicken Breast

Ingredients


70 dkg
chicken breast fillet
to taste
Seasoning powder
to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
5 dkg
Mizo butter
2 dl
Mizo cooking cream (10%)
1 cup
Mizo sour cream (12%, 150 g)
15 dkg
Mizo Trappista cheese
15 dkg
Mizo Bácskai cured cheese

Instructions:

 

Cut the chicken into slices, season with seasoning powder and pepper. Place them in a buttered oven-safe dish, pour the cream over the chicken, and spread the sour cream on top. Cover with foil and steam in a medium oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with the two types of grated cheese and bake until golden and bubbly. Serve with your favorite side dish.
