Mizo vaj
30 dkg
flour
1 teaspoon
salt
1 db
egg

for the filling:

30 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese (grated)
2 tablespoons
Mizo sour cream (20%)
1 db
egg
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1 heaped tablespoon
flour

Instructions:

 

Crumble the butter in the flour, add salt and the egg, then knead. Roll it out and use a cake cutter to cut out the baskets.
Mix the ingredients of the filling thoroughly then fill the baskets with the mixed mass. Bake in a preheated 180 degree C oven for 20-25 minutes.
 
Tip: You may replace half of the cheese with smoked cheese for an added flavor.
