Cottage cheese pie with dill

Ingredients


1/4 package , 3g
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
30 dkg
flour
20 dkg
Mizo butter
2
egg yolk

Mizo sour cream (20%)

for the filling:

75 dkg
Mizo cottage cheese
2
egg yolk
to taste
salt
to taste
sugar
1 bunch
diced dill
2
egg whites

Instructions:

 

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt with the butter, then add the egg yolks and enough sour cream to make a soft dough. Stretch it to the thickness of a finger and place it on a baking tray, folding up the edges.

Mix the cottage cheese with the egg yolk, season with salt, sugar and dill to taste, and finally fold in the egg whites. Spread it on the dough, then spread sour cream on the top, and bake ready in a hot oven.
