Creamy Sausage and Potato Soup

Ingredients

onions
700 g
potatoes
300 g
carrots
15 dkg
Mizo butter
3 cubes
chicken stock
3 tsp
paprika powder
to taste
Salt
to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
Ground cumin
3-4 liter
water
to taste
Bay leaves
1
smoked homemade sausage
1 small cup
Mizo sour cream (20%)
1 tbsp
flour

For Serving

Instructions:

 

Peel and chop the vegetables. Sauté the diced onions in butter until translucent. Add the potatoes, carrots, and stock cubes, stirring until dissolved. Sprinkle with paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin. Pour in the water, add bay leaves, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add sliced sausage. Whisk the flour with sour cream until smooth, temper with hot soup, then stir into the pot. Simmer for a few more minutes, then serve with extra sour cream.
