Buns filled with cottage cheese for breakfast
Mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, butter and eggs thoroughly. Cut the buns in half and remove their inside. Dip them all in milk, then fill them with the cottage cheese cream. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown. Serve with cherry tomatoes or on its own.
Tip: You can make the food from a crescent roll, sweet or savory, to your taste.
