Chili avocado cream with toast
Ingredients

larger, ripe avocado

chili
2 gerezd
garlic
1
medium purple onion
6-7 dkg
Mizo Boci hose cheese

Cherry tomato

parsley fiber

tablespoons lemon juice
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
wholemeal toasted bread slices
Instructions:
Cut the avocado in half, remove its seed and its flesh with a spoon.
Use an onion chopper to chop the red onions, add the avocado, cheese, chili, garlic and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to your taste, then mix them with a hand mixer until creamy. Cut the tomatoes in quarters and mix them to the cream.
Serve the cream on toasts.
