Homemade spice butters

Ingredients for 3 rods

10 dkg
room temperature Mizo lactose-free butter
2 gerezd
crushed garlic
1/2 tablespoon
chopped rosemary
1/2 tablespoon
chopped parsley green
1/2 tablespoon
chopped thyme
1/2 tablespoon
chopped chives
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground wine

for dried tomatoes:

10 dkg
room temperature Mizo lactose-free butter
1 gerezd
crushed garlic
2 tablespoons
oily dried tomatoes chopped
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground pepper

for lemon-coriander:

10 dkg
room temperature Mizo lactose-free butter
1 gerezd
crushed garlic
1 tablespoon
chopped coriander green
1 tablespoon
grated lime peel
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground pepper

Instructions:

 

Mix the ingredients mixed thoroughly and separately. All three masses are wrapped in cling foil, then shape them into rods. Let them cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that the butter hardens. Serve sliced, it is excellent with sandwiches and roasts.
