Lactose-free tzatziki with dill and wholemeal toast
Ingredients
For 4 persons

cucumber
2 small cups
Mizo lactose free yoghurt
1 cup
Mizo lactose-free sour cream (20%)
1 package
fresh dill
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon
freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon
olive oil
5 clove
garlic
to taste
wholemeal bread slices
Instructions:
Grate the cucumber on a big hole grater, salt thoroughly and set aside.
Mix the yoghurt and sour cream, add salt, pepper, crush the garlic, then mix in the lemon juice and chopped dill. Squeeze the liquid out of the cucumber thoroughly and fold it into the dressing as well.
Before serving, lightly sprinkle the tzatziki with olive oil and serve with toasted bread slices.
