Paddy-paw fries with cheese
Ingredients
3 pcs (medium)
potato

Mizo butter

1 cup (20%, 150g)
Mizo sour cream
3 db
green onions
15 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Peel the potatoes, slice them into little finger size, wash them several times in alternating temperature water and boil them in salted water for approx. 6 minutes. Drain, then place them in a greased pyrex dish.
In the meantime, melt the butter, add 2/3 of the sour cream and grated cheese, then add salt and pepper. Cut the green onions into small slices and sprinkle on the top. Stir at low heat until it thickens. Pour it over the potatoes, sprinkle with the remaining grated cheese and bake until golden brown in a preheated oven.It is really delicious as a single dish, served with vegetables, but you can also offer it as a side dish with meat.
