Spring pie - French quiche
Ingredients
15 dkg
flour
5 dkg
Mizo lactose-free tea butter
to taste
salt
1 db
egg yolk
5 dkg
chopped bacon
1 knot
new onion
2 dl
Mizo lactose free sour cream
4 pcs
egg
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
5 dkg
Mizo lactose-free Trappist cheese
Instructions:
Crumble the butter into the flour, add salt and knead with egg yolk. Let it rest for a short while, then roll it out to a shape that fits into a cake tin while leaving a high rim to it. Bake it half ready in the cake tin.
Fry the bacon in a pan, cut the spring onions into rings. Mix the sour cream thoroughly with the eggs, salt and pepper to taste, then coat the bacon and onion with it. Pour it over the half-baked dough, grate the cheese on the top, then bake it in a hot oven until golden brown.
Once cooled, serve it in slices.
