Zucchini stuffed with spicy bacon and cottage cheese

2 medium
25 dkg
Mizo curd
12.5 dkg
diced meat smoked bacon
to taste
freshly chopped chives
1 tablespoon
Dijon mustard
as required
olive oil
1-2 tablespoons
Mizo sour cream
to taste
Grated Mizo Trappist cheese
to taste
to taste
ground pepper



Wash the zucchini and cut it into thin slices lengthwise. Add salt and pepper to your taste and fry in a little olive oil until soft.
Fry the bacon in a little olive oil .Smash the cottage cheese, add bacon,  chives, sour cream and mustard. Add salt, pepper,  then add the cheese. Spread the cream on the zucchini slices, roll them up, if necessary, fix them with a toothpick and serve. You may serve it both warm and cold.
Tip: if you have any leftover filling, you may consume it as a sandwich cream.
