Cottage cheese cake

For a 25 × 25 cm baking tray

30 dkg
flour
25 dkg
Mizo butter
4 tablespoons
cocoa
10-12 dkg
powdered sugar
1/2 pack
baking powder (6 g)

egg yolk
1pc
egg

for the filling:

50 dkg
Mizo curd
20-25 dkg
powdered sugar
1/2 pack
vanilla sugar (5 g)
3 db
egg yolk
4 pcs
egg white

for serving:

optional
powdered sugar

Instructions:

 

Mix the flour with the baking powder, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, crumble the butter in it, then knead with the egg and egg yolk. Divide into two equal parts and wrap in cling foil, then put in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
For the filling, mix the cottage cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolk. Beat the egg whites into a hard foam and gently mix in the filling.
Grate one half of the dough through a large-hole grater onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then spread the filling on it and grate the other half of the dough on the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve sliced. You may also sprinkle it with powdered sugar to your taste.
