Cottage cheese cake
Mix the ingredients of the dough and let it rest for a short time.
For the filling, separate the egg whites and yolks, mix the yolks with the cottage cheese, sour cream and semolina, add the baking powder, a little salt and 15 dkg of sugar. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar into a foam and gently mix it with the cottage cheese mass.
In the meantime roll out the dough and lay it in a greased-floured baking tray. Pour the dough on top, sprinkle thoroughly with ground cinnamon.
Bake at 180 degrees C for approx. 30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
