Cottage cheese donuts
powdered sugar to taste
Mix the baking soda with the flour, sieve the mix and knead together with the other ingredients. On a floured surface roll the dough into an approx. thickness of 1 cm and cut the cake shapes with a cake cutter. Cut out their middle with a small cake cutter and fry them all in vegatble oil. Sprinkle their top with powdered sugar and serve with jam.
