Cottage cheese pancakes with apple

50 dkg
Mizo lactose-free cottage cheese
10 dkg
Mizo lactose-free butter
3
egg
3
medium apple
4 dl
Mizo lactose-free milk
30 dkg
flour
1 package
baking powder
1 pinch
salt
1-2 tablespoons
vanilla sugar
2 dl
mineral water

for baking

few
oil

for serving

to taste
season fruit or compote
150 g
Mizo lactose-free fruit yogurt
to taste
powdered sugar

Instructions:

 

Smash the cottage cheese with a fork, melt the butter and allow to cool a little. Peel the apple.
Mix the butter, egg yolk, milk with the cottage cheese and grate the apple in it. Stir in the flour, mixed with baking powder, salt and sugar, dilute with the mineral water. Finally, fold in the hard foam beaten from the egg whites with gentle movements.
Make pancakes that are slightly thicker than normal thickness. 
Serve folded in four, with seasonal fruit and fruit yogurt, if sprinkled with powdered sugar it is delicious in itself, too.
