Cottage cheese pie
Ingredients
For a 25 × 35 cm baking tray
15 dkg
Mizo butter
3 dkg
fresh yeast
1 dl
Mizo milk (2.8%)
1 pinch
sugar
30 dkg
flour
75 dkg
Mizo curd
25 dkg
sugar
10 dkg
raisins
a bunch
lemongrass leaves (optional)
1 tablespoon
flour
4 pcs
egg white
to taste
powdered sugar
(optional)
raisins
Instructions:
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm sugary milk. Mix the egg yolk with the butter and knead it with the yeast dissolved in milk and the other ingredients into a hard dough. Halve the dough, shape both halves into a loaf and roll them out into thin layers.
For the filling, mix the cottage cheese with the sugar, raisins, 1 lemon’s juice and grated lemon peel, then gently turn the whipped egg whites and 1 tablespoon flour into it.
Put one of the dough layers in the baking tray, put the filling on top, then cover it with the other dough layer.& nbsp;Bake ready at 180 degrees C for approx. 40 minutes. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar and decorate with a few grains of raisins.
