Cottage cheese snacks

Ingredients

For 10 pcs

1 pack (270 g)
fresh puff pastry

for the filling:

25 dkg
Mizo lactose-free cottage cheese
2 tablespoons
Mizo lactose-free sour cream (20%)
1/3 pack (approx. 15 g)
vanilla flavored custard powder

for lubrication:

1
egg

Instructions:

 

For the filling, mix the cottage cheese, sour cream and pudding powder, then add sugar to your taste.
Spread the dough and cut it into 10 equal rectangles. Half them all visually, cut one half in the middle and pile the cottage cheese filling on the other half. Roll them up so that the cut part is on top. Pinch the two ends together, put them all in muffin capsules and smear with the beaten egg. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until their tops turn golden brown.
