Gluten and lactose free muffins

For 12 pieces

15 dkg
cornmeal
15 dkg
melted, lactose-free Mizo butter
15 dkg
sugar
2
egg
1/2 pack
pack of baking powder
1 package
vanilla sugar

for the filling:

to taste
lactose-free peanut butter or chocolate lozenges

Instructions:

 

Mix the eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla sugar, then add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Spoon the mass into muffin paper capsules. Pile chocolate or peanut cream on top. Bake in a fan oven at 180 degrees C, for 15-20 minutes.
