Magdi cake
Ingredients

Instructions:
For the dough, melt the butter, eggs, sugar and honey over water steam. Knead the flour and baking soda into the dough and divide into 3 parts. Stretch each loaf to a baking tray size and bake on a floured back of a baking tray in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown.
For the cream, cook the milk with the flour into a thick cream, then let it cool. Stir in the butter, stirred into a foam with powdered sugar, and finally mix in the lemon zest and vanilla sugar, too.
Fill the layers with the cream and refrigerate overnight. Serve sliced the next day.
Tip: You can coat the cake with chocolate glaze, too.
