Pancake stuffed with cottage cheese and homemade strawberry jam with amaretto

18 dkg
flour
2-2.5 dl
Mizo lactose-free milk (2.8%)
2 dl
soda water
2 pcs
egg
2 tablespoons
oil
1 pinch
salt
1 package
vanilla sugar (10 g)

for baking:

as required
oil

for the filling:

25 dkg
Mizo lactose-free cottage cheese
1 glass
Mizo lactose-free sour cream (150 g)
1 pinch
salt
1 tablespoon
sugar or sweetener

in addition:

to taste
strawberry jam
1/2 dl
amaretto liqueur (almond liqueur)

Instructions:

 

Mix the pancake ingredients and make medium-thick pancakes as usual Mix the filling ingredients and divide it into as many portions as many pancakes you have. Pile the filling in the middle of each pancake and fold in their four conrners to the middle.
Serve the pancakes with strawberry jam mixed with liqueur.
