Quick cottage cheese cake

5 dl
flour
1 package
baking powder (12 g)
3 dl
powdered sugar
2 packs
vanilla sugar (20 g)
20 dkg
Mizo butter
50 dkg
Mizo curd
to taste
raisins
4 whole
egg
4 dl
Mizo milk (2.8%)

Instructions:

 

Mix the dry ingredients then halve them. Crumble 10 dkg of butter and spread evenly on the bottom of the baking tray, then sprinkle with half of the dry mixture. Spread the cottage cheese and raisins, and finally sprinkle with the remaining dry mixture. Crumble the remaining butter on top and pour over the mixed milk and eggs. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C for approx. 20 minutes until it fixes together and the top is golden brown. Cool to lukewarm and serve sliced.
