Rákóczi cottage cheese cake

For a 37 × 27 cm baking tray

margarine

powdered sugar

for the filling

Mizo curd

Mizo sour cream (20%)
2-3 tablespoons
semolina

1 bottle
apricot jam

Instructions:

 

The dough ingredients are mixed, then rolled out and placed in a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Prick the dough with a fork and lightly spread apricot jam on it. Also mix the ingredients of the filling, spread on the dough and bake it at 180 degrees C for 20-30 minutes.
In the meantime, beat the egg whites and sugar into a hard foam. Remove the dough in the baking tray from the oven, spread the foam on it, then bake for another 10-20 minutes until the egg foam has a little crust.
 
Tip: by using a foam bag you may draw a grid on top of the cake from the egg white foam and fill with jam in between the grid lines.
