Sicilian orange cheesecake

Ingredients for a 28 cm baking tray

20 dkg
lactose-free biscuits
4 dkg
Mizo lactose-free butter melted

for lubrication for the filling

35 dkg
Mizo lactose-free cottage cheese
1 db
organic orange grated peel
4 dkg
edible starch
6-8 dkg
sugar
6 pcs
egg
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract

for decoration

to taste
powdered sugar

Instructions:

 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the baking tin with butter. 
Crush the biscuits, add the butter and press them onto the bottom and edge of the baking tin. Mix the cottage cheese with the sugar, orange peel, starch and vanilla extract. Mix in the eggs, one at a time, thoroughly mixing the cream with each one. Pour the dough onto the biscuit base and bake for approx. 25 minutes. Once ready and cooled to room temperature, put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
