Strawberry and cottage cheese pie

For a 20-22 cm baking tin

10 dkg
Mizo butter
10 dkg
chopped walnuts
15 dkg
spelled flour
1 db M-es
egg
1 tablespoon
sugar

for cottage cheese filling:

45 dkg
Mizo cottage cheese
2 packs (2x10g)
vanilla sugar
1 db
egg yolk
10 dkg
sugar

for strawberry filling:

25 dkg
strawberry
to taste
sugar

for decoration:

as required
strawberry

Instructions:

 

Crush the butter into the flour, add the nuts, eggs and sugar. Knead, wrap it in cling foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Smash the cottage cheese with a fork, add the two types of sugar and the egg yolk. Mix the strawberries in a blender, add sugar to your taste.
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3–4 mm– on a floured surface and put it into a greased-floured baking tin. Pre-bake at 180 degrees for 10–15 minutes. Fill it with the cottage cheese mass, pour over the strawberry filling, top with sliced strawberries and bake for 15–20 minutes. Serve cooled, sliced.
