Yoghurt cake

3 cups
Mizo lactose-free yoghurt
12 tablespoons
sugar
2-3 packages
vanilla sugar (to taste)
2-3 tablespoons
gelatinix
3 dl
whipped-cream
to taste
fruit

Instructions:

 

The ingredients, except the whipped cream and fruit, are warmed together, then let them cool. Beat the cream into a hard foam and fold it into the yoghurt mass. Mix in the chopped fruit as well. The mass is poured into a cake tin, lined with stick foil and let it freeze in a refrigerator. Serve sliced.
