Yummy cake
Ingredients
For a 25 × 35 cm baking tray

15 dkg
sugar
20 dkg
Mizo butter

baking powder (12 g)

Mizo curd
15 dkg
sugar
10 dkg
raisins
4 pcs
egg white
2 packs
vanilla sugar (2x10 g)
as required
Mizo butter
2 dl
cold whipped cream
to taste
powdered sugar
Instructions:
Knead the dough ingredients, divide in half, wrap them, then refrigerate them for 30 minutes.
Soak the raisins in a little water, beat the egg whites into a hard foam. Mix the smashed cottage cheese with the two types of sugar and the squeezed raisins, whisk them on the egg white foam.
On a floured surface, roll out both doughs to the size of the baking tray Place one of the dough sheets in a greased baking tray, spread cream on it. Place the other dough sheet on top, and bake the cake at 180 degrees C until golden brown. Let it cool down.
Beat the cream with powdered sugar into a hard foam, and spread on top of the cake.&Nbsp;Slice and serve.
