Aubergine stuffed with minced meat

Instructions:
Wash the aubergine, peel it, cut in half lengthwise, remove the core and chop its meat. Peal and chop onion and garlic and sauté them in vegetable oil. Add the minced meat, the chopped aubergine, season with red pepper, salt, pepper, seasoning, parsley, and fry them.
Put the 2 aubergine bowls in a baking tray, fill them with the meat stew, spread the sour cream on top, and sprinkle them with the grated cheese. Bake them ready in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
