Instructions:
Cut the washed meat into slices and add salt. Heat the butter in vegetable oil in a high-walled pan. Fry the meat in it for a few minutes and take it on a plate. Chop the onion and sauté it in the remaining fat, then add smashed garlic. Toss in the sliced mushrooms, add salt, pepper, then fry slightly. Remove from the heat, sprinkle with dried red pepper, turn the food over and pour in enough water to cover it. Put the slices of meat back, cover the pan, and cook ready over medium heat for about 30-40 minutes.
Mix a little of the paprika juice with the sour cream and pour over the food. Let it simmer a little and serve with dumplings.
