Casserole with ham and cheese
Ingredients
For 2 persons, in a 15 × 30 cm baking tray

penne pasta
20 dkg
ham
1.5 dl
Mizo milk (2.8%)
1 tablespoon beaten
flour
1 pinch
salt
1 pinch
ground pepper
1 pinch
oregano
1 pinch
basil
1 smaller
onion
1 gerezd
garlic
1 tablespoon
oil
15-20 dkg
Grated Mizo Trappist cheese
Mizo tea butter or oil
to lubricate the baking tray
Instructions:
Sauté the cleaned, diced onions in a little vegetable oil, then add the ham, the garlic and continue to sauté for another 5-10 minutes. Pour half of the milk over it, mix the other half with the flour, and mix this in as well. Season to your taste with salt, pepper, oregano and basil, then cook until it is as thick as a sauce.
Cook the pasta in lightly salted water for 15 minutes and mix it to the base with ham. Pour it into a baking tray greased with butter or vegetable oil, then sprinkle the top with the cheese. Bake until golden brown at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
