Chicken breast fried in cottage cheese coating
Ingredients

chicken breast fillet cut into slices
20 dkg
Mizo lactose-free cottage cheese
16 dkg
flour
3 db
egg
1 teaspoon
salt
2 dl
Mizo lactose-free milk
to taste
flour
to taste
oil
Instructions:
Wash the meat, wipe it dry, sprinkle with salt.
Smash the cottage cheese, add the milk, the egg yolk and flour and gently stir in the hard foam beaten from the egg whites. The meat is coated in flour, then dipped in the cottage cheese mass then fried on both sides. Remove it from the vegetable oil onto a paper towel, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve warm.
