Chop with cheese and sour cream

6 slices
pork loin
1 large glass
Mizo sour cream (20%, 330 g)
2 dl
Mizo milk (2.8%)
25 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese
1 pinch
1 pinch
ground pepper

The meat slices are soaked in milk for a few hours before cooking. Tenderize them, then add salt and pepper. Grate some of the cheese onto the bottom of a baking tray. The pork chop slices are dipped in the beaten egg, then place them on the grated cheese. Spread sour cream on them, grate the remaining cheese on it and pour over the milk. Cover with aluminum foil and simmer in an oven for 20-30 minutes, then remove the foil and fry until golden brown in 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice or any other garnish.
