Cordon bleu baked in puff pastry

Ingredients

Ingredients for 4 pieces

4 parties
chicken breast fillet
to taste
spices
to taste
Prague ham sliced ??thinly
125 g
Mizo sliced ??Trappist cheese
1 package
puff pastry
200 g
Mizo sour cream (20%)
to taste
mustard

on the top:

1 db
egg
to taste
Mizo Trappist cheese

Instructions:

 

Cut the chicken breast fillet lengthwise, tenderize, then season it to your taste. Put ham and cheese on it, then roll it up.
Roll out the puff pastry to approx. 1/2 cm thick and spread sour cream and mustard on it. Divide into 4 pieces so that you can wrap 1-1 piece of meat in each. Egg wash its top with the lightly beaten egg, you can also sprinkle it with grated cheese to your taste. Bake in a preheated 180 degree C oven until the top is golden brown.
 
Tip: You may also prepare the meal from pork leg.
