Creamy spinach with grilled cheese and fried eggs
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of
Mizo butter
2 tablespoons of
flour
3 cloves
garlic
3dl
Mizo cooking cream (20%)
2 dl
Mizo milk (2.8%)
50 dkg
frozen spinach
1 teaspoon of
salt
Ízlés szerint
freshly ground black pepper
5 dkg
grilled cheese
fried egg
Instructions:
Make a pink roux with the butter and flour, then toss the peeled garlic, cut into thin rings, on it, and pour the cream and milk on top. Add the slightly defrosted spinach, season with salt, pepper, and start cooking over low heat, stirring occasionally. When the spinach is completely defrosted, remove it from the heat, make it a puree with a stick mixer, put back and simmer for another 7-8 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve with fried eggs.
