frozen vegetable mixture
1/2 tube
Mizo sour cream (20%)
1/2 tablespoon
mayonnaise
few
sugar

lemon juice

boiled eggs

cooked potatoes
to taste
carrot
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
grains of black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
parsley green leaf

Instructions:

 

Cook the vegetable mix in salted water, drain and allow to cool.
In the meantime mix the sour cream with mayonnaise, then season with sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix in the cooled vegetables and place them in a large plastic or heat resistant bowl.
Cut the boiled eggs in half, these will be the body of the ducks. For the duck heads, peel the boiled potatoes, crush them with a fork, and shape 10 small balls out of them. Make the eyes and beak of the ducks from whole pepper and carrot, their wings from parsley leaves, then put them all on the salad.
