Fish Fillet with Creamy Dill Sauce

Ingredients


60 dkg
fish
3 tbsp
olive oil
to taste
Salt and pepper
3 tsp
paprika

For the sauce

50 g
Mizo butter
2 dl
Mizo cooking cream
1 bunch
dill
3 tbsp
flour
1 cube
bouillon
1 pinch
salt
1 pinch
sugar
5 drops
lemon juice
1 pinch
white pepper
2,5 dl
water

Have you ever had that feeling after a festive meal where you almost fall asleep from being so full? You can do it more easily! Try this super simple recipe!

Wash the dill and chop it finely. Heat the butter in a pan and add the flour, stirring until it turns light golden. Add the dill and mix well.

Dissolve the bouillon cube in 250 ml water and pour into the flour-dill mixture. Stir over low heat, then add the lemon juice, sugar, and pepper. Finally, pour in the cream and stir for about 5-7 minutes.

Now prepare the fish! Clean it, then rub it with salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil. Let it marinate for about half an hour. Finally, bake the fish fillets at 220°C (428°F) for 15-20 minutes.

Serve the fish fillets on the table with the creamy dill sauce, and you're ready for dinner!
