Fried chicken drumsticks with cheese and sour cream

Ingredients for 2-4 persons

chicken legs
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground pepper
30 dkg
Mizo lactose-free Trappist cheese
to taste
ground nutmeg
5 dkg
Mizo lactose-free butter
1 small cup
Mizo lactose free sour cream

Instructions:

 

Clean the meat, rub in with salt and pepper. Carefully loosen the skin and stuff underneath 2/3 of the cheese, flavored with salt and nutmeg, grated on a small hole grater. Put them in a greased baking tray and bake in a 210 degree C oven, covered with alumina foil for 1 hour, then without foil for another 30 minutes.
Mix the remaining cheese with the sour cream and pour on the chicken drumsticks. Put it back in the oven until the meat is golden brown. Served with lactose-free mashed potatoes and cheese.
