Gnocchi with blue cheese
Ingredients
50 dkg
gnocchi
20 dkg
spinach (can also be frozen)
2-3 cuts
garlic
approx. 15 dkg
Mizo marble cheese
20 dkg
chopped bacon
1 glass
Mizo sour cream (20%, 150 g)
to taste
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
10-15 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese
Instructions:
Cook and drain the gnocchi. Steam the spinach, if you use deep frozen spinach, just let it thaw. Grate the peeled garlic, crush the blue cheese.
Mix all these ingredients and put them in a baking tray or or heat-resistant dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake it ready in a preheated, 180 degree C oven for approx. 40 minutes.
