Instructions:

If you plan to grill in the afternoon, it is worth preparing the cheese sauce in the morning. Crush the cheese with a fork, add the sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice, mix them, then coat spring onion rings with the cream. Season the mix then refrigerate until the hamburger is ready.
Mix the dry bagel ingredients – flour, sugar, salt, yeast – thoroughly then add the oil, approx. 2/3 of the water and start kneading. If necessary, add some more water. Let it rise to a double boil and in the meantime bring water to boil, adding the baking soda. Divide the risen dough into 6 equal parts and make a hole in their middle with your finger. Put it in hot boiling water and cook on both sides for 1 minute. Remove from the boiling water, coat them with seeds, then put them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and bake ready in a preheated 200 degree oven in 20-22 minutes.
For the meatballs, crush the peppers, dice the paprika. Thoroughly mix the minced meat with the pepper, paprika and salt, then divide it into 6 parts, shape them into hamburger disks and grill them ready.
Grill the grill cheese, slice the vegetables.
To build the hamburger, cut the bagel in half, spread the sauce on both halfs, put the meat and some cucumber rings on the top. Serve with grilled cheese and vegetables.
