Hungarian layered cauliflower with bacon
Ingredients

cauliflower
to taste
salt
10 dkg
Pickled Bacon

egg
1 cup
Mizo sour cream (20%, 330 g)
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
15 dkg
Mizo Trappist cheese
1 tablespoon
melted Mizo tea butter
approx. 1 tablespoon
breadcrumbs
Instructions:
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and cook them in salted water. Grease a heat-resistant dish with the melted butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and place the cauliflower in it. Sprinkle with half the diced bacon. Mix the eggs with the sour cream, season with salt and pepper and layer it on top of the cauliflower. Sprinkle it with the remaining bacon and grate cheese on the top. Bake it ready in a preheated 200 degree C oven in 30 minutes.
