Kale casserole
Ingredients

kale
salt
ground cumin seeds
2 whole + 2 cloves of
garlic

Instructions:
Take the kale leaves off, remove the stem and boil the leaves in hot water with salt, cumin seeds and whole garlic. Drain.
Fry the rice in a little vegetable oil for approx. 2 minutes, then pour in twice its amount of hot water. Add salt and seasoning, then cook ready.
Cut the peeled onions into small cubes, sauté it in a little fat, add the minced meat, salt, pepper and put 2 cloves of crushed garlic in it.
Cut the butter into small cubes and place them in a heat-resistant dish, then arrange half of the drained kale in it. Smear with sour cream, and spread the rice over it. Spread the minced meat on it, then smear it again with sour cream. Place the remaining kale on top, smear with sour cream again. Place in a preheated oven and bake until the sour cream is slightly browned.
